ICF Constructors, LLC has been owned and operated by Matt Zetlmeisl since 2002.
Matt is an innovator in the ICF industry with experience in all aspects of ICF construction and a strong background in multiple disciplines of residential and commercial contracting.
Having firmly established itself as a leader in the industry, ICF Constructors has maintained strong relationships with customers, vendors and financial institutions. A well capitalized subcontractor brings flexibility and confidence to the project, and ICF Constructors has committed itself to reinvestment and growth. This allows ICF Constructors to offer complete, turnkey services to its customers. Integrity and reputation are of utmost importance at ICF Constructors.
The skilled craftsmen at ICF Constructors are full-time employees with years of ICF experience and over 45 years of experience in general construction. They are well-trained and participate in a fully implemented and OSHA approved safety training program. The crews are trained in the installation of no less than 12 different brands and types of insulated concrete forms and utilize a 20-step checklist prior to concrete placement on all projects.
ICF Constructors has been involved with the development of new products and processes within the ICF industry, including:
- First ICF contractor to install AmDeck Floor and Roof System prior to North American release.
- Design of concrete pump hose tip to reduce user fatigue and aid in smoother concrete placement.
- Invented the Z-Brace system for perimeter bracing of ICF while using concrete floor systems.
- Worked with concrete ready-mix suppliers to develop better ICF mix designs.
